
Dr. Angelique Sims is an accomplished educator, advocate, philanthropist, and mentor with more than 30 years of experience serving as a vice principal, administrator, counselor, coach and teacher within LAUSD. She is also the founder and CEO of Unconquerable Souls, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding young minds and opening doors in mathematics, science, and technology. Dr. Sims has served as a sponsor and advocate for the Arts for more than 20 years. Dr. Sims is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and has held various local, regional, and national positions. A passionate and inspiring mentor, Dr. Sims lives by the creed that we are the masters of our own fate.

Joe Luckey, III brings a unique blend of civic innovation, community leadership, and creative program development to his role as a board member. With extensive experience directing major planning and economic initiatives for the City of Los Angeles, he has built cross-sector partnerships that elevate local communities and support long-term growth. He is the founder of Black Planners of Los Angeles, a groundbreaking organization dedicated to uplifting Black professionals and advancing equitable planning practices, as well as Eight Eighty Exchange, LLC, an investment initiative focused on generational wealth building. Joe’s work reflects a deep commitment to storytelling, representation, and expanding opportunities for underserved communities—values that align naturally with the entertainment and cultural sectors.

Lauren Oliver is a native of Los Angeles, CA. She received her BA in Communication Studies from San Diego State University and her MBA in Project Management from Mount Saint Mary's University. Lauren has made a tremendous impact on people's lives for over 18 years within the Banking Industry. She started her banking career at Wells Fargo in 2006 and have held positions such as Branch Manager for First Financial Credit Union, Banc of California, Business Development Officer at California Credit Union, Loan Pay-Off Supervisor, Utility Branch Supervisor at Western Federal Credit Union as well as Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. Lauren believes that the most fulfilling part of her career is helping others, educating and giving back. She has facilitated over 200 Financial Literacy Workshops for at risk youth, young adults, and her community. She is also a mother to a High School Senior, loves to travel, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Tarra Jackson is a multifaceted actress, dancer, and producer from Milwaukee whose grounding presence and worldview inform her creative work across theatre, film, television, and live events. She has built a respected career both onstage and behind the scenes, producing high-profile events and collaborating with major organizations such as ABFF, NBCUniversal, Essence, OWN, BET, and Hulu. As an actress, her training at The Barrow Group in New York led to roles in projects including Haile Gerima’s adaptation of A Raisin in the Sun and the independent film AirBNB. Now based in Los Angeles, she continues to create and produce work that bridges artistry and industry, using storytelling as a transformative force to inspire connection and uplift underrepresented voices.

Terran Moore is a Vice President, Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase, working within the Asset & Wealth Management Technology organization. He has over eight years of experience across the technology industry and has built his career in high-performance engineering roles at leading organizations including Amazon, Visa, and Iterable, in addition to his current leadership at JPMorganChase. Terran is passionate about driving innovation, empowering teams, and guiding meaningful initiatives through thoughtful leadership and technical expertise.
